Daniel Julien founded Teleperformance in 1978 at the age of 25, after graduating from the University of Paris, where he majored in Economics. Starting with just 10 telephone lines in an office in Paris in 1985, he succeeded in growing Teleperformance to the number one position in the French market and then number one in the European market in 1995, eventually achieving number one worldwide. Daniel Julien currently serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance.

Olivier Rigaudy began his career in the audit department of KPMG. He had a strong track record in Finance and Investor Relations in large, international companies such as Pechiney and Club Mediterranée. He later served as Chief Financial Officer at Castorama (Kingfisher) Group and as Corporate Secretary at Conforama (Kering Group). He joined Teleperformance in February 2010 as the Group Chief Financial Officer and was later appointed as Deputy Executive Officer. Olivier holds directorships in various French and overseas subsidiaries of the Teleperformance Group.
Leigh is Teleperformance’s Chief Legal Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. She has over 35 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, securities offerings, commercial transactions, and corporate governance and compliance matters. Before joining Teleperformance, Leigh was a partner at Paul Hastings LLP, an international law firm with 22 offices in the U.S., Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Bhupender Singh is the President within the Group CEO’s office at Teleperformance. He heads the company’s internal and external transformation from a leading, omnichannel customer experience company to a full-fledged, Digital Integrated Business Services group. Before assuming his current role, Bhupender was the Chief Executive Officer of Intelenet Global Services, acquired by Teleperformance in 2018. Prior to that, he worked at prominent consulting firms including McKinsey and Booz Allen Hamilton, Inc. Throughout his 24-year career, Bhupender has led critical assignments focused on business strategy, business turn-around and transformation, growth strategies, and mergers and acquisitions. He earned his MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and a B-Tech from IIT Delhi.
Miranda Collard is the Global Chief Client Officer and has been with Teleperformance for 26 years. She has a deep understanding of the BPO industry across multiple organizations. She has held roles with oversight of operational delivery, coupled with various support departments at Teleperformance, and has experience across a broad spectrum of industry verticals. Serving Teleperformance clients in an end-to-end delivery across the global Teleperformance footprint, Miranda is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and business transformation efforts of our client partners.

Jeffrey Balagna is Teleperformance’s Chief Operating Officer for the EWAP region. He is also a Co-Chief Operating Officer at Teleperformance USA and a member of the Board of Directors at TPUSA-FHCS, Inc. Before joining Teleperformance in 2007, Jeffrey spent 20 years at Sprint, managing all in-house and outsourced contact center operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Central Missouri State University.
Agustin Grisanti is Teleperformance’s Chief Operating Officer for the CEMEA and Ibero-LATAM regions. He previously held the role of President for Ibero-LATAM. Before joining Teleperformance, Agustin worked for Hermes Management Consulting and Andersen Consulting (Accenture). Agustin has a degree in Economics from the Catholic University of Argentina and an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Eric Dupuy is Teleperformance’s Chief Global Business Development Officer. Since joining in 2007 as the Executive Vice President of Business Development, Eric has held numerous roles, including President of Business Development and Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer. Before Teleperformance, Eric held leadership roles at ClientLogic, Modus Media International, RR Donnelley, and IBM. He earned his degrees in International Business from Université du Québec à Montréal and Paris Dauphine University.
Scott Klein is Teleperformance’s President of Specialized Services. He oversees LanguageLine Solutions (the world’s leading provider of on-demand language services), TLScontact (a global leader in visa and consular services for government clients), and AllianceOne (a top receivables management firm). Before its acquisition by Teleperformance, Scott served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of LanguageLine. He has successfully led companies in multiple industries, including Advertising, Consumer Packaged Goods, Market Research, Business Process Outsourcing, Consumer Electronics, Technology Products, and Building Products. Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Gustavo Mir is Teleperformance’s Chief Client Officer for the Ibero-LATAM region. His more than 20 years of experience in the BPO industry and the Banking segment have resulted in strong leadership and in-depth knowledge of both operations and business strategies. Before joining Teleperformance, Gustavo worked for Soros Group, collaborating on mergers and acquisitions for the Southern Cone region. Since joining Teleperformance in 2008, he has held leadership positions in other Teleperformance organizations, including Vice President of Operations and of Business Development. Gustavo earned a degree in Business Administration from the Catholic University of Argentina and a post-graduate degree from Virginia University.
Pablo Antoja is Teleperformance’s Chief Business Development Officer for the Ibero-LATAM region. He has been instrumental in growing the Ibero-LATAM region, with over 25 years of experience in management consulting, application services, and outsourcing from companies like PwC and IBM. Before joining Teleperformance, Pablo was the Chief Executive Officer of GesNext, the IBM acquisition of the Telefonica BPO subsidiary, T-Gestiona. Pablo holds an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the European University and an MBA from the Henley Business School.
Yannis Tourcomanis is Teleperformance’s President for CEMEA. He has an extensive regional and cultural experience, having lived in various parts of the region throughout his career. As a result, Yannis is fluent in four languages. Before joining Teleperformance, Yannis held executive roles at Citibank and American Express. He earned his master’s degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in the U.S.
Alex Urmersbach joined Teleperformance in December 2019 and is the Chief Financial Officer for the EWAP region. Beforehand, Alex headed the overall finance and accounting functions in top-tier organizations in Europe, the U.S., and South America. He is now responsible for the day-to-day leadership and strategic direction of the finance functions at Teleperformance. Alex works closely with the executive management team and the country leaders on capital allocation and financial and business strategies to deliver improved economic results and enhance Teleperformance’s risk profile. He also focuses on finance transformation and more data-driven decision making.

Brian Johnson is Teleperformance’s Chief Executive Officer for the EW region and serves as part of the Global Executive Management Committee. Since joining Teleperformance in 2004, Brian has led teams across all aspects of the business, including operations, client services, IT, and financial management. With 28 years of experience, Brian has led large, multi-geographical organizations, overseen acquisitions and integrations, implemented complex global client solutions, launched services in new markets, and driven business and digital transformation solutions.
Alan Winters is Teleperformance’s Chief Administrative Officer, Deputy Chief Global Compliance Officer, and Chief Privacy Officer. He is responsible for Global Human Resources, Learning and Development, and the Global Compliance, Privacy, and Security function for the Group. Alan has over 28 years in operations and compliance management with global Fortune 500 organizations, and has held leadership roles at Citibank, Sprint, and Express Scripts before joining Teleperformance. He has extensive operational experience in leading global teams in the Financial Services, Healthcare, and Telecommunications sectors.
João Cardoso is Teleperformance’s Chief Executive Officer for Portugal, as well as Chief of Research and Development and Digital Integration. Before joining Teleperformance in 2003, João was one of the founders of Easyphone (formerly Altitude Software). He also helped establish the Portuguese Contact Center Association. João has a degree in Software Engineering and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Nova School of Business and Economics, as well as a post-graduate degree in Product Management and Marketing from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. He is fluent in five languages.
Ana Teresa Mesquita is Teleperformance’s Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Marketing. She is responsible for all marketing and product management initiatives. Before joining Teleperformance, Ana Teresa worked at SIBS Forward Payment Solutions and Altitude Software. She holds a master’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Sciences from Lisbon University – Instituto Superior Técnico and an Executive MBA from AESE/IESE Business School.

Dev Mudaliar is Teleperformance’s Global Chief Information Officer. Managing all aspects of IT at a global level, he is responsible for driving digital transformation within IT. Dev has over 28 years of IT experience, 21 of which are in the BPO industry. He has a deep understanding of IT and expertise in all its aspects, including deploying shared services, overseeing large acquisitions, and managing partnerships with major technology providers, including Microsoft, Avaya, HP, Genesys, and NICE.
Janine Woelki is Teleperformance’s Chief Client Officer for CEMEA. She has more than 12 years of experience within the global BPO industry, coming to Teleperformance from the Sitel Group. At Sitel, she served as the Head of Global Client Solutions and Global Account Management for the Americas. Janine is involved in many non-profit organizations and is an active member of the Aspen Institute. She holds a master’s degree in Business Administration in Economics from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
David Cook is Teleperformance’s President of Business Development for the EW region. Having joined Teleperformance in 2006, David brings over 20 years of experience as a senior customer experience management executive. Before Teleperformance, he held leadership positions at Verizon, the Sutherland Group, and Concentrix. David has developed customer experience strategies (acquisition, retention, and support) for more than 100 Global 1,000 companies, linking sales, operations, contact centers, and digital and mobile technologies.
Christine Ernult is Teleperformance’s Deputy Group Chief Financial Officer. She joined the Teleperformance headquarters 12 years ago after spending 23 years at Havas, a multinational advertising agency. Christine has a deep understanding of consolidation, accounting, tax management, budgeting, and management reporting. She has implemented numerous finance projects and has expertise in IFRS and US GAAP. She is also responsible for the digital transformation of group finance using cloud-based tools and an agile approach.

Jeff Schilling is Teleperformance’s Chief Information Security Officer responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the cybersecurity function and global information security incident response. He serves as the strategic advisor to the Board of Directors and C-Suite on all matters relating to cybersecurity posture, readiness, investment, and risk. He is a retired U.S. Army Colonel with 24 years of military experience in IT service management, product management, Chief Information Officer roles, information security, and global cyber operations. Since retiring from military service, Jeff’s functions have included managing an international incident response practice and multiple Chief Information Security Officer positions for global multitenant service provider companies.
Rogelio Cavazos has over 29 years of experience in the Finance and Administration area, including broad expertise in business finance. He joined Teleperformance as the Chief Financial Officer of Nearshore North in 2014, which expanded into the Nearshore region in July of the same year. Under his leadership, the Nearshore region’s Finance footprint has been integrated through the standardization of different financial platforms, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa Procurement, IBM Cognos BI, and Oracle Payroll. Along with this responsibility in the Nearshore region, he also took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for the Ibero-LATAM region in 2017, where he oversees the financial performance of 14 countries.
David Rizzo is the President for the APAC region and has spent the past 17 years with Teleperformance Asia. As one of the region’s most seasoned industry executives, he was able to help establish the company’s Philippine offshore footprint in 2003. Since then, David has led Teleperformance’s development into a physical footprint in China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, and Malaysia, with the latter serving as the multilingual hub for 15 Asian languages with region-wide, work-at-home solutions across Asia via the TP Cloud Campus. David is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, service delivery, and business strategy for our people and partners in APAC.
Ekaterina Osina has been with Teleperformance for 17 years and is the Chief Executive Officer for the Russia Group (Russia, Ukraine, and Lithuania), Eastern Europe, Turkey in Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA) region. She has a 20-year-strong financial background in the BPO industry and has held roles with oversight of financial systems, cash flows, and reporting at all levels for Teleperformance Russia before becoming the country’s Chief Executive Officer. Today, Ekaterina is responsible for day-to-day leadership, strategic direction, and business results in six countries across the CEMEA region, driving their business development and transformation.

With a bachelor’s degree from the American College of Greece and an MBA in Finance from the University of La Verne, Kelly Grypari has had vast experience working in international environments since day one. After a successful career in Hilton Athens Hotel’s Accounting and Finance Department and Athen’s Organizing Committee for the Olympic Games in 2004, she joined Teleperformance in 2006 as the Financial Controller in Southern Europe and the Middle East and Chief Financial Officer of Greece. Kelly then took on the role of Chief Financial Officer for the CEMEA region in 2016 and is responsible for managing the regional FP&A and Purchasing team, working closely with country Chief Financial Officers and liaising with the Group for Treasury and Internal Audit matters, acting as an advisor to the region’s President and pursuing major process transformation within her territory.
Aditya Arora is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Teleperformance India. He has an enterprising career span of over 25 years, 20 of which in the BPO industry. His key skills include running large businesses with cross-cultural teams, across multiple verticals. Throughout his career, Aditya has set up several profitable business units across multi-geographical locations. He has brought in strong deployment practices and deep thought leadership in business development and planning, transformational practices, operational excellence, change and risk management, including governance and regulatory compliances. Before joining Teleperformance, Aditya has worked with organizations like Bank of America, Citifinancial, and Genpact.
Piety Gonsalves has been with Teleperformance for over 11 years and is the Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East. With over 29 years of experience working in the Middle East, Piety has played a vital role in elevating the BPO industry and supporting local governments in improving customer experience. His current responsibilities include providing high quality, low-cost BPO services with front- and back-office functions, technology solutions, and customer experience, and the expansion of the company’s regional footprint. Piety has robust technology, leadership, and operational background and vast experience setting up new operations and business units.
An industrial engineer with a master’s degree in Marketing, Juan Carlos has worked in the BPO industry for the last 22 years. He joined Teleperformance in March 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer for the Colombia, Guyana, and Peru (CGP) region, leading his team to achieve outstanding results, including the region’s commercial boost and business model transformation. In January 2020, Juan Carlos was named President for the Ibero-LATAM region. With a deep understanding of the BPO industry in multiple verticals and geographies, he is also responsible for leading the region’s long-term strategy and day-to-day decisions and operational direction.

Marcel Vrieling serves as the Chief Business Development and Marketing Officer for the EMEA region. He has a track record in international business development, sales leadership, and general management in mid-sized and large ITO and BPO industry-leading firms like Baan, Global Cloud Xchange (formerly Vanco), Infosys, and Accenture. Marcel is passionate about business growth and disruption, digital innovation, transformation, sourcing/outsourcing and partnerships, and globalization topics. At Teleperformance, he is responsible for the day-to-day new business growth leadership and strategic sales direction for the region.
Karine Jan has over 20 years of experience in International Services with global leading U.S. and French multinationals. She has excellent leadership skills in managing multicultural and multilocation teams. Equipped with a master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Karine joined Teleperformance France in 2002 as a Knowledge Manager Project Leader. Since then, she has gained operational expertise across various departments, holding positions in Training and serving as Quality Director, Vice President of Auditing and Service Delivery, and Head of Operations for Central Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (CEMEA). She currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Global Process and Employee Engagement.
Hervé Milcent has had a solid and successful 20-year experience in the BPO and Services industries before joining Teleperformance in June 2020. He used to work for Arvato (Bertelsmann), where he was successively in charge of the French, Southern Europe, and Global CRM in the BPO market. He was also the Chief Executive Officer of the Lyreco Group (the number one office supplies company in Europe), where he led its strategic repositioning and launched its digital transformation. At Teleperformance, Hervé is in charge of the turnaround and transformation of the three big domestic markets: French, Germany, and Italy.
